Newsweek in association with the online magazine The Daily Beast, have released their list of the top 2000 high schools in America, and FHUHS made the list for 2013! See the full listing here.

Life Skills Public Service Announcement

The seventh period Life Skills class finished up a unit on safety by working jointly to create a public service announcement (PSA) on reckless driving. The short video, which was uploaded to YouTube, combines many of the components associated with project based learning: real life connections, research, student interest, collaborative problem solving, and use of digital tools and skills such as iPads and video editing.

FHUHS Ranked 11th in State by USNews for 2012

FHUHS was awarded a Silver Medal by USNews and ranked as the 11th best public high school for 2012 of the more than 60 in the State of Vermont. We are ranked among the top 10% of public schools in the nation. Check out all the 2012 Vermont rankings here.
